ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. this is normal in teething you can massage your baby's gums and give silicone teachers to chew on them also make sure whatever the child puts in the mouth is always clean there is loss of appetite during teething so there is nothing to worry

If The child is biting the gums and all then that means your child is having its teeth which is why due to discomfort only your child is acting like that the gums of the child really become very hard and they have too much of irritation into it which Is why they behave like this
