#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, My daughter is 1 year old now. What will be good for her, cow's milk or formula milk. And how much should I give her in a day.

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. after completion of one year you must give cow's milk. after this age babies will require more nutrition. formula milk is enough till now. start with small quantity and gradually increase the frequency and quantity of any new food. for now give about a quarter glass and then gradually increase by a few ml every 3 to 4 days.
