#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, my daughter is 1.10 years old. she still breastfeeds. what is the appropriate age to stop breast feeding? is there any way how I can start weaning her? she gets really cranky and cries a lot when I don't feed her. thanks.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. just give a proper diet and also apply femite lotion locally it is a better solution further you need to contact with your doctor for a proper guidance regarding the query and the dnoctor will give you a proper explanation for this which needs to be followed

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. mostly it's like It's upto you and your baby to decide when would be the right time to stop. Until two years or max upto 1.5years. Recent times it's upto a year moms feed and you can plan ahead before 2-3 months to stop feeding and slowly you can stop little by little.
