A. sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but will improve with increasing age of the child you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem or breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into. if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sledeping pattern of the child as it always improve with time you can increase the physical activity during the daytime as well as avoid mdore sleeping time during the day time and this will help in improving the night time sleeping time .

A. Mam but even at this age child is actually going to sleep for at least 10 to 12 hours as it what I’m trying to say is 10 hours is minimum for them if your child is in sleeping and getting so exhausted when you try to make them sleep and starts crying then I suggest you once get a fool examination doll of your child this could be due to some deficiency that is lacking the sleep of your childWrite Your Answer Here
