A. Hello good evening !! You can Breast feed by taking few necessary steps. Feeding dresses (kurtis) ,appron/dupatta is available with the help of that you can breast feed . In few places like railway stations, temples feeding rooms are allocated for lactating mothers. From 6 month onwards start semi solids once or twice a day fruit and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac,sooji, Dalia, oats porridge/kheer.
