#AskTheExpert hello doctor my concern is to give her best meal in morning afternoon lunch but sometimes I am not able to understand what food should I give her because of her tentrums she avoid to eat pls advise

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello father by this age what ever you make at home for the family can be given to the child , so all usual family foods can be given to them, you can give them 3 main meals and two time snacks as well.
