#asktheexpert Hello doctor, my child is of 6 months old and solid foods are introduced, now he is not drinking my milk properly and I'm having milk clogs now. Any suggestions on how to clear and avoid this painful clogs

you may use Babyhug breastpump which is easy to use
try warm compress to get relief in milk clog pain
Wear loose fitting Cotton clothes

try to give breasfeeding whenever your child is hungry or wake up from sleep
try it with different feeding positions
make skin to skin Contact while feeding your child which help to encourage your child to take more feeds
