#asktheexpert Hello doctor my baby is having fever from 3-4 days on Tuesday he was vaccinated so it is normal or not

A. it is normal and not due to vaccine. green color stool often results due to imbalance of for milk abd hind milk. to correct it, feed lomger from one side.
