#AskTheExpert Hello doctor My baby is about to be 3 months old, Yesterday we got her vaccinated(6th week) For hep-B 2,dtp1,hib1,ipv1 doctor gave HEXAXIM for pcv1 he gave HAV SHIELD inactivated hepatitis A vaccine adsorbed And for rota1 he gave rotavac5d I want to ask are these correct vaccinations.. As i m confused that hepatitis A is to be given at 12 months then y my doc gave it now for pcv1 Are there any side effects of this if the vaccine is incorrect

A. it would be hepatitis b and not hepatitis a because hepatitis a vaccine is given after completion of one year of age More proper information and answer regarding this will be given by your personal doctor and you can contact your doctor for this You can check with nearest doctor also in your locality.
