#AskTheExpert hello Doctor, my baby is 9 month old, still I'm unable to lie down on my back. if I sleep straight my back muscles become very tight and I feel lot of difficulty in turning either of the side.

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children5 years agoA. hello this is not normal at all after the delivery maybe your muscles have got stiff so you can consult on physiotherapist you can do hot or cold compression whatever give you more relief and have supplement like Iron and Calcium for the deficiency
