#AskTheExpert hello doctor my baby is 8 months 20 days old.My baby was on breastfeed till now along with solids .Now it seems that his requirement of milk is not fulfilled..So shall I give formula or cow milk .If yes then how much n how many times in a day...

Formula Or packet milk which is toned milk you can give that either of them no cows milk is recommended before the age of one year so you can go for either of the size and quantity completely depends on the kind of appetite that your child is having should be approximately somewhere on 150 to 180 ML at one time
