#AskTheExpert hello doctor my baby is 8 month 26 days old.i wanted to to introduce bottle feed feed but he refuses hardly 3 -4 ship. also he doesn't eat well..I am giving him banana apple cereal..should I introduce dates or which fruits should I give him?

Offer frequently or give with bowl and spoon
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge cereals khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Make meal time fun with toys and story
