#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, My baby is 7 months old now and he is having Similac 2(Formula) and a little solid food. Please let me know when can I start giving him dairy products like milk and curd. Also, suggest which milk is better, cow milk or buffalo milk. Thanks and Regards, Rajeswari

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. you can give curd, gher yo ur baby. it's advisable to offer cow milk or Buffalo milk after 1 year of age.. till than continue with similar n weaning food.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good afternoon you can introduce curd to your child as well as butter there is no problem I would recommend you to introduce any kind of animal milk after completion of 12 months not before that
