#AskTheExpert Hello doctor my baby is 7 months old and I wanted to give him ragi powder in a puree form can I give?I have a brought a ragi powder mix can babies have ragi?

A. Dear mum, you can surely give ragi to your baby. Ragi is a very healthy food. You can give ragi in purée form and as a porridge. Consistency of food should be like that of ghee.
