#AskTheExpert Hello doctor my baby is 4 months old,Can you please let me know for how much time should baby breastfeed at once as my baby does not more than 5 minutes also please let me know how much time gap should be given for the next feed.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, some babies feed for shorter duration. Feed as per your baby’s demand. If baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is adequate.

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means ur baby is taking sufficient feed..
