#AskTheExpert Hello doctor my baby is 24 days old. She caught cold and cough from last 3 days.we visited doctor and now she is on medication.I was mixed feeding her but now she is refusing to take bottle feeding. Please tell me what to do?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. f
along with that cough expectorant and deconrgestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Its Just because of the irritation that your child may be having to do coffee and cold so don’t worry about it as your child is going to feel better your child will have feeling also as of now if you have decent amount of breastfeeding so try to breastfeed the child or go ahead with formula feeding with the help of a spoon
