try to prevent temperature variations around the child
you can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cosugh and cold
continue the regular diet of the child
if there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor
for fevser and pain give paracetamol.
anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.

or put a bowl of chopped onion and garlic pods near your child bed approx 1.4 feet far

it happens because of cold weather.
I would suggest to dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
keep your child head slightly elevated while sleeping.
keep the room temperature moderated.
