A. Hi parent I think its not a problem as these are caused by residual hormones from the mother. Do not apply anything or do not massage it. Let it be as it is and it will go away in a month. Only use mild baby products for bathing which are made of natural ingredients. Go for Sebamed or Aveeno or Cetaphil or Moms co. etc. If it increases a lot then check out with your baby's pediatrician.
