#asktheexpert hello doctor My baby is 18months old And he having fever 103/104 since last night. We gave him paracetamol but we didn’t get results

A. please do cold sponging in addition to paracetamol lkn. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
