please do the following things:
offer small and frequent meal.
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
offer natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk banana etc to your child which help to maintain good bacteria in intestine.
keep your child well hydrated.
you can give two or three leaves of mint with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice and ginger juice (2 drops of ginger juice )daily in morning.
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
maintain good hygiene.
