ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 3 months Most of such rashes will subside on its own no need to worry about it maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output use any mild baby moisturizer available in the market if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and as per my personal experience of two babies it never happened and I used them mustard seeds pillows. Please maintain proper hygiene and also evaluate once with your child doctor in person. Take care
