shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello Mom if it is just the dryness then you can apply coconut oil almond oil Boroline cream or Vaseline petroleum jelly it works wonder on the dry skin but if there is ringworm then you have to apply some ointment like Ring Guard by asking your doctor
