Q.

#AskTheExpert Hello doctor.. my baby dnt like to drink milk anymore.. even he is not eating any diary product like curd and paneer.. what should i do.. is any substitute which I can give him...???

A. Replace plain milk with various dishes such as milkshakes and smoothies. Use of interesting straws or quirky mugs . Adding dry fruit powder, or different mixes, date puree, can make it easier for him to drink it.

A. Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
