ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 3 year old now she is having constipation issue which makes tummy full and suppress hunger so try include seasonal fruits and vegetables and salad in diet and give plenty of fluids and keep baby physically active so she passes motions regularly
