#AskTheExpert hello doctor, my babies cries a lot while passing gas and due to which he always feels like feeding, I have tried giving medication called gastica but it gives only temporary relief to the baby. How can I reduce his gastic issues

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. gas n colic is normal at this age as baby has still maturing digestive tract,
To prevent from getting gassy-
Feed in upright position. Allow her a good latch.
Burping after every feeding, will help her ease the gas.
To relive gases pain-,Apply hing paste around navel Massage on tummy in clockwise direction. And leg folding exercise.
Do regular massage.
give gastica in case of excessive crying
