#AskTheExpert hello doctor.. my 8yrs old kid frequently gets cough n cold.. I don't understand why she get affected soo soon.. n than she vomits.. I have showed soo many doctor but it's all temporary medicine I feel.. what should I do

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. that may be due to allergy also go for flu vaccine you can go for home remedies like tulsi ginger honey combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child. also you can give turmeric with milk one or two times everyday. give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently. avoid giving cold water and cold food or ice cream. try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..looks like child immunity is low....give well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits...when baby gets cold..use Babyhug cold relief balm.....this will help the child to recover..give steam too
