#asktheexpert Hello doctor, my 5 years daughter does not eat vegetables,please guide what should we do.

A. you can make different types of parathas putting all the vegetables in it like carrot, beetroot, beans, capcicum, cauliflower, even some boiled sweet potato also , it tastes yummy. Just chopped finely and put drops of oil fry till the water evaporates. If it doesn't bind you can add some potato also. Same way you can make vegetables pulao, cutlet even fries with using all vegetables ( I know oil is not good but for now to know the taste of vegetables you can try making different items.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please give pomegranate juice to the baby for better appetite. Also give ajwain ark to the baby. Try giving your baby variety of food with different taste, colour and texture. Sit down with your plate when you are feeding your kid, it will encourage her to see that you are also eating the same food. Try to make the baby eat while playing. Limit the intake of milk Thanks and take care
