#asktheexpert Hello doctor, My 4 year old kid requires 1400 calories, weight 15 kg, will you please tell me the break up in these calories for proteins, fats carbs etc Thanks

A. hello in general try to give your child a well balance food in the diet and include fruits vegetables and try to include all kind of fruits and vegetables along with egg daily product so the child will be able to meet its really requirements which would be better for the growth of the child
