Q.

#AskTheExpert hello doctor, my 4 year old daughter is being diagnosed with hydronephrosis due to upj obstruction, Ultrasound shows renal pelvis diameter 27 mm and now doctors are saying to go for open pyleoplasty...should I opt for open or laptop pyleoplasty..I am really confused and worried about my daughter...plz suggest me for her better future...

A. look dear you need to move as advised by your surgeon as they can guide you much better.. doctors know what's best for their patient so have some faith and start treatment as early as possible

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please trust your doctor and do as per the prescription as doctor has personally examine . and if there is any doubts then you can take a second opinion. take care
