Q.

#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, My 3.5 year old daughter is suffering from fever. Same pattern of fever was observed two months back. the fever starts mild, gets worst to 102-103 degF over a week when measured in armpit. afterwards it is gone for a couple of days and returns and stays mild around 100 definitely F for 3-4 days. total fever duration is 12 days including the couple of no fever days. what might be possible reason? I am fearing worst - can this be blood cancer?

A. hi, the reason can only be guess after clinical examination n after certain laboratory examination. Please consult your paediatrician for consultation in person. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
