A. bas doodh hi Dena hai exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation

Its Practically not possible you cannot do anything because nothing is in your hand if the child is going to have an ice side then that would be genetic it is not necessary if you are having a high-power number the child is also going to have it so if you want any other assistance on that you can consult an eye doctor then give you better advice on this
