#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor mera beta raghav(8 years old) na din me sota he na raat me. Night me use 2-3 bje tk nind aati he. mene sari tips n tricks apna k dekh li but no result. please suggest me what should i do ?

A. if the child is 8 years old and the child is not having a proper sleep pattern we should make the child have a proper discipline so that the child will sleep in a proper way
