#AskTheExpert hello doctor,,, mera beta 6 year ka hai..uski problem h ki morning mai uthte hi usko cold & cough start ho jata h or mid day tk rehta hai ..nose running bhi hone lgti h..kuch time baad theek bhi ho jati h kuch solution bataye. and 2nd uske sari body or red reshish hone lgte h or unpr itching bhi hone lgti hai.

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
