#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, in starting of my pregnancy my weight was around 45 kgs and height 148 cm Right now i am 35 weeks pregnant and my weight is around 60 kgs. So does my weight gain is more than it should be or it's alright? and if it's more thn what precautions should i take? Thank you

A. hi dont worry during the entire course of pregnancy as per your height and weight around 11 to 13 kgs weight gain is fine but as of now avoid simple sugars have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well

A. hi as such no need to worry. just follow your doctor's advice. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated maintain good hygiene stay happy and positive.
