A. It’s common for babies to experience changes in their bowel movements when solid foods are introduced. Solid foods can sometimes lead to constipation, especially if the baby is not getting enough fluids or fiber from the foods being introduced. Since your baby is just starting solids, her digestive system may need some time to adjust to the new foods. Ensure she is drinking enough water and offer high-fiber foods like pureed fruits or vegetables (like pears, prunes, or sweet potatoes). If the problem persists or she seems uncomfortable, it's a good idea to consult your pediatrician for guidance.
