#AskTheExpert hello doctor I m a breastfeeding mother so when my baby sucks for milk i use to get pain n I am having some kind of white yellowish type of spot on my nipple earlier and now recently I saw that spot turn into red in colour n below I am attaching a photo of my nipple

A. Hello dear parent! There is no picture attached with this query. Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. Please consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
