#AskTheExpert hello doctor i have one year two months daughter she continuely suffering every month heavy cold and cough please give me a suggestion for food and immunity

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hii *Ghutti for Immunity and good digestion in babies* Keep the following items separate in a box and use with clean hands only... 🔴almonds/badaam 🔴saffron/kesar 🔴jaiphal/nutmeg, 🔴kharak/dry date, 🔴haldi/ turmeric stick, 🔴harad in a box. Method: Daily take few drops of milk or water on a rough stone and rub all these ingredients 4-5 times on it. Take the paste on ur finger n make ur baby lick. Take everything whole not powdered. 🔴Give once a day in morning or at night after baby is 6 months old. 🔴Prepare fresh everytime. 🔴Wash stone with scrubber very well b4 n after use. 🔴Use overnight soaked almond always. 🔴Omit saffron in summers... Causes too much heat 🔴u can rub a piece of pure real gold also along with this... Gives more immunity... I used a 916 karat finger ring. 🔴as far as possible use silver vessels for ur baby to serve food 🔴 This ghutti along with good digestion n immunity also aids in clear speech for the baby.
