#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, I have a baby girl of 7 month old and I'm exclusively breastfeeding. She is also on solids now. I wanted to know if I can consume Herbalife products for weight loss. since I'm breastfeeding does it affect my baby?

A. it is not possible to lose weight by taking some products you have to do some moderate exercises since a breastfeeding mother better to avoid such medicines . . .

A. hi mam,it is better to avoid taking such medicines especially when you are nursing mother. so please avoid. as it is used for weight lose ,I would suggest you to prefer natural ways like exercising ,yoga etc take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more. walk walk and walk.
