#AskTheExpert Hello doctor...I have 4 months old and 2 .5 years child ..and I have short gap between 2 child , 2 deliveries were c section so for calcium deficiency my doctor suggest me to take calcium tablets atleast for 1 year...Is it good n safe to take calcium supplement for long time ??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. of u r lactating ur 4 month old baby than u must continue calcium supplement. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, n all green veggies n fresh food
