#asktheexpert hello doctor I am still having periods .. it's abt 74 days from delivery.. in between only two times for 2-3 days , was dry pads day.. another still hvng bloody discharge.. but my doctor says it's normal.. is it??

For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok
