if any pus, non healing , fever, consult your gynaecologist.
also take care while breastfeeding, watch for redness, palpate for hardness , tenderness, blocked duct, inflammation may lead to fever , mastitis.
also maintain good fluid intake, especially if breastfeeding, as dehydration is common leading to constipation, anal fissures.

Hello ma’am Just consult your doctor and get a check up done maybe you are having deficiency of B12 and vitamin di apart from that also continue with iron and multivitamin and calcium supplements for six months to 1 year and if you’re having too much body pain and if you had a normal delivery then start going for a body massage on a regular basis
