#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, I am 8 months pregnant and my alkaline phosphate level is 160. My gynecologist has suggested me to operate the baby at 37 weeks. Should I wait for the labour/ 40 weeks or I should do the c-section at 37 weeks. please suggest.

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Maintain hydration
Stay hydrated healthy
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
