#asktheexpert Hello Doctor, I am 38 years old and got my second baby last November. I have not got my periods after that. Miniscule spotting happens only sometimes but I don't need to use a pad. When would my periods start again?

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. due to hormonal imbalance with the growing age and because of a feeding process this irregularity can continue for few months you must stay hydrated and eat healthy at regular intervals start doing a physical exercise such as a brisk walking as this will help you out
