#asktheexpert hello doctor I am 36 years old and gaining tremendous weight in my thigh and abdomen area specially thighs..physically i am active person..

A. you should do some regular exercise like with coughing for at least half an hour yoga cycling also the extra junk cal should be avoided in the diet also consult your doctor to rule out some other conditions for which there may be requirement of some investigations

A. Thn You should start doing workout also whatever workout suits you the best start with that and start doing intermittent fasting that is one of the best ways to lose on your weight proportionately at a faster level but exercise with that is definitely recommended
