#AskTheExpert Hello doctor i am 34 years old mujhe 3 to 4 months se Periods problem ho rahi hai,mujhe flow bahot kam ho raha hai aur normal dayz mein white descharge ho raha hai aur weight gain bhi ho raha hai so plz seggest me

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and irregularities in periods after delivery is very normal and please have more green leaves vegetables and dairy products in your diet.. also follow the regular exercise and yoga routine.
