Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi well it is kind of Fungal Infection which needs proper medication so please visit your pediatrician for once clean your child tongue with clean Cotton clothe and warm water or use baby friendly tongue cleaner like Babyhug tongue cleaner
