Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi there is no specific guide lines for this. but for hour or two hours a day enough for a child. please offer homemade healthy food. keep your child well hydrated provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
