#asktheexpert Hello doctor, During breastfeeding my 1month old girl, I'm experiencing issue like my nipples are paining as my daughter tries to bite the nipples with her gums whilebreastfeeding. Also I got a small pimple on the nipple. Please suggest me.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy5 months agoA. Hello my dear pare! Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. Ensure that your baby feeds for at least 20 minutes. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.

I think tumhe access milk ko nikalna padega other wise ye bahot painfull hoga. milk production jyada ho rha h and brest heavy h islie baby ko feeding kaate samay hume lgta h ki baby k masude se dard ho rha h. but baby bhi pareshan hota h heavy brest se milk suck krna uske lie bhi tough hota h. situation same ho to seriously solution ko follow krna other wish it will be more painful. watch some videos on youtube for "oversupplyofbreastmilk".
