#AskTheExpert Hello doctor - can i give Kellogg’s cornflakes to my son who is 2.5 years old ? He likes it and insist on eating it

A. Yes. Cornflakes can be given to a child that’s not an issue they are very healthy to go for but you don’t give it more than one time in a day probably breakfast would be the right time for you to give it and give it on an alternate day basis because if you start giving it regularly then your child will be bored of it in no time
