#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor Best medicine for nose congestion to my boy kid (who is 6 years around) apart from Saline drops, vicks, warm water therapy etc

A. Use steam inhalation. Steam will not shorten the length of the cold, but it will reduce the inflammation in the nasal passages and help to breathe better. Nasal congestion can be relieved with a few drops (1 or 2) of eucalyptus oil + coconut oil application on the chest, give warm turmaric milk
